Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the widbd website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "widbd Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and widbd ("widbd", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the widbd Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

widbd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the widbd Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where material changes are made, widbd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the widbd Platform and participation in any game, betting market, or promotional offer is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. widbd enforces strict age verification as part of the KYC process and may request government-issued identification at any time.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of widbd is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the widbd Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances. When registering your widbd account, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your widbd login credentials. You must notify widbd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. widbd will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
• widbd may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, granting bonus eligibility, or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC may result in account suspension.
• widbd reserves the right to close, suspend, or place withdrawal restrictions on any account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.
• You may request the closure of your own widbd account at any time by contacting widbd support. Self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and are described in the widbd Responsible Gaming Policy.

Deposits and Withdrawals

widbd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and other supported payment channels. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the widbd Platform:

• The minimum deposit on widbd is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your widbd account.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. widbd will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and may return funds to the originating payment source if a third-party origin is detected.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. widbd may request documentation confirming your identity before releasing funds. Withdrawal processing typically occurs within 24 to 72 hours of a verified request being submitted, though times may vary.
• widbd does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• widbd reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return the funds to your account balance if irregularities, KYC non-compliance, or suspected fraud are detected during the review process.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

widbd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions and other offers to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotional offer:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible player accounts at widbd's sole discretion. widbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated on the relevant promotion page within your widbd account. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may only be used for the specific game categories or betting markets specified in the offer terms. Using bonus funds in excluded games or markets may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Free bets credited as part of cricket, BPL, IPL or T20 World Cup promotions are single-use and expire within the time period stated in the relevant offer. Unused free bets are forfeited on expiry and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prohibited Conduct

widbd maintains a safe and fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action where applicable:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or other automated means to place bets, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage on the widbd Platform. This includes the use of arbitrage strategies designed to exploit bonus offers.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market offered on widbd. Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated betting across multiple accounts is a serious violation.
• Using or attempting to use a widbd account for money laundering, or conducting any other transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation. widbd cooperates with relevant authorities and may freeze accounts pending investigation.
• Registering multiple accounts (whether using the same or different identity documents) in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent exclusion measures, or otherwise evade platform controls.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour towards widbd staff or other platform users through any communication channel, including support chat, email, or social media.

Intellectual Property

All content on the widbd Platform — including but not limited to the widbd brand name, logos, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of widbd or its respective licensors. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or exploit any widbd content without prior written permission from widbd.

The game content displayed on widbd is provided under licence from third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Intellectual property rights in individual games remain with their respective developers and publishers. widbd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the widbd Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, widbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the widbd Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session due to technical failure, or any other intangible losses, whether or not widbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

widbd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond widbd's reasonable control may occasionally cause disruption to the service. widbd's liability in such circumstances is limited to restoring access and, where applicable, crediting any lost bets or game sessions that can be verified by the platform's internal records.

Termination of Account

widbd may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if widbd determines in its sole discretion that your continued access to the platform poses a risk to other users, the integrity of the platform, or widbd's legal obligations. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may voluntarily close your widbd account at any time by submitting a written request to widbd support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any applicable KYC checks.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which widbd operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the widbd Platform, you agree to first contact widbd's support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for the dispute to be resolved informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause prevents widbd from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

widbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, widbd will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their widbd account or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the widbd Platform. Your continued use of the widbd Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the widbd Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described above.
